A few weeks ago another consultant called wanting to know if I was interested if more products and asked how the products I received is working. I was surprised at this as I had not received anything.

I then called Tessa and she took over my query, investigated and went to much trouble trying to find out what happened. She ensured contact throughout the process ensuring me that she is working on it. She then contacted me and arranged for another hamper to be delivered as I had not received the products previously, which I was paying for.
