A special thanks to the team always for being friendly, efficient and professional at all time, even over the phone. during the lockdown not knowing how will i get help, to my surprise there's an online chat service when i needed to reach someone with my query .. and very skeptical of chat services, i hate speaking to robots

but guess what Precious is not a robot .. so happy :) my query was attended to in less than a minute, friendly service with a smile on the other side.
