Superb Client Service
I just want to give Tshimologo Mothulwe a big compliment. There was a problem where my delivery was not correct. I emailed Isabella Garcia and this lovely lady quickly answered my email and fixed my order - delivering the "left out" products within a week. From the bottom of my heart I just want to thank you for the most superb service I have ever experienced by a company. In all honesty I can say that without harsh words you took my concern to heart and attended to the best of your ability. It is this sort of work etiquette that puts you a step above the rest.
