good day Isabella i hereby would like to knowledge that you have a brilliant staff member at your side Dinette was about to confirm my cancellation, but some how she manage to smartly change my mind she surely have pure customer skills so I'm still a client of Isabella which I'm proud to be seeing that I'm 5 years with Isabella i was sad knowing that i had to leave but thank you very much Dinette you just a wonderful person and thank you for making my day
