So disappointed with Isabella Garcia

Someone phoned me yesterday from this company and promised me a 500 rands voucher which I never received and he sent me a list of things that they delivered to me but the list is short of 4 things so I wonder what am I paying for really, so unprofessional, they don't want to document anything and I see now it's because they don't want to take responsibility
