Snaps for Lisa Ngewu

I received such great customer service from one of IG's Client Accounts Specialist. She deserves a special mention. Her name is Lisa Ngewu. After I had declined the serum package offer due to the high installment, she called me to find hear about it. When I explained to her the cost issue, she diligently and patiently went through my current package costs to see how she could adjust them to accommodate the serum package without breaking the bank. I really appreciated her poise because by the end of the call I felt valued and it didn't feel like I had been coerced into making a purchase I did not want to.
