Siphumeze Kwake, 20/10 to her. I was on furious mode when I sent the email, even wanted them to come get the package and we just cut ties but she was so professional and calm, her response was quick and clarified everything that I wasn't clear nor sure about she also attached proof to the email so next time I have a leg to stand on Incase there's a misunderstanding like this one again. thanks to her I finally opened my package and enjoyed my products at ease. If anyone knows how to deliver exceptional customer service it is her or him,I'm not sure what gender the agent is 😊.👏👏👏👏👏 Round of applause to you, your outstanding service is rare in South Africa! Keep it up.
