shocking Customer service
I have been a customer for just over 2 years now and am part of the VIP Beauty club, so the company gets my money every month and I am happy with the products. In June I was sent a whole package of products which are supposed to last for a year and this is obviously more money that the company has managed to get from me. I am happy with the products. Then I get sent some samples of the Golden Hour collection and 1 hair product from the range(Because apparently all the products I already have are not enough, and the company is trying to fleece me for as much money as they can) I say this because when I asked if I could purchase 1 of these products which I REALLY like, I was told it is not available on the VIP Club site. When I requested if I could then purchase the product, but that the purchase be sent together with my monthly VIP Products that I purchase so I did not have to pay for the delivery, I was told that this could not be done. The response I got started with: Dear plcb104668 - so I have now been reduced to a number!!!!! And the 'VIP Beauty Client Liaison' is explaining to me that I will get a free delivery on my VIP products like I'm an idiot who hasn't been doing this for 2 years already. NOT OK
