Shining example of customer service
Janelle Janse van Rensburg saved my policy when I wanted to cancel & gifted me a voucher. I completely forgot about the voucher and discovered that it had expired. When I asked if they could extend the validity period, Janelle responded super fast and I have managed to use my voucher now. I shopped up a storm! Thanks - this is customer service!
