Service with a smile(call) ;)
My next Ambassador hamper was due and I did not want receive one if items that I knew I would not use and it would be a waste. So I called and spoke to one off their young ladies who tried to assist me with a replacement item. But for some reason we lost contact and I thought 'Oh well I'll now I must sit with this product' because I called it in late as well. But I got a surprise when TSHEPISO called be back and we could conclude the exchange of my hamper. HOORAY!!
