Reverse my Money Now!!!!

I m extremely disappointed in this company, these people deducted R350 normal debit order which i know about, to my surprise they deducted a further amount of R674, i m disgusted as i have referred more than 90 people to this company and 40 of them bought the products, when you call them they take you from pillar to post, i want my money. And i want it now. We work very hard for our money for people to just deduct without our consent.
