I would like to thank Andri Olivier. I had an issue with an order with no feedback from Isabella. Andri sorted out my issue within 5 days and I also received my order together with a courtesy phone call. Her etiquette all round is 10/10. I really hope her manager sees what an amazing asset to the company Andri. I have had endless problems with Isabella however because of how Andri handled my issue i will continue to purchase from you guys. happy holidays Andri
