Request to cancel ignored

I am currently being harassed by a collection agency which irritates me due to the fact that I have numerous times requested for the agreement to be canceled & also requested that the box, that was delivered to my address, be collected. All of this has been ignored. I have also notified you that I am unemployed, yet it was ignored by your agent, money has been deducted from my account which probably won't be refunded, but your box of goods is still at my address waiting to be collected by a courier. I request that you please act upon this and collect your box because I will not take any responsibility for it any longer.
