Refund my money back

Hi i have a problem with a skin care range called"Isabella garcia"this people founed me and said i must try their pruduct and told me if i am not satisfied i must tell them and will get my money back,and when they deliver their products they add more products that u didn't agree with and charge u more money,i founed them and told them i was not happy with their products cause my face was becoming red,they then cancelled the debit to purchase so i cannot reverse the money,they said i must use them i will see the results but still nothing,so i want my money back
