Received incorrect items

The lady who assisted me today,5.02.2020, was very friendly and made me feel at ease immediately,in the manner in which she answered my call. She was patient, understanding and a very good listener. After explaining the reason for my call,she assured me that there was a solution to my problem. She made everything seem so simple and uncomplicated. I was very grateful as I wasn't certain if I would receive the help I needed. She most certainly is a people's person who knows how to interact with clients. Judith Haines
