Real pity the service is pathetic as the product is not bad

I spoke with someone a few weeks ago i was driving i asked the to call me the next day i am still waiting for the call

I then received a call from another person who said she would call me back the next day she did not

I am attaching a mail trail longer than my arm that will explain my unhappy experience to the full

Their service is pathetic and when you call back to speak with somone specific that person is not available and you have to go through the same story agin and again
