Professional Kimberly
I made a phone call to Isabella Garcia Customer Service this morning and spoke to a lady by the name of Kimberly. I was extremely frustrated due to a miscommunication between myself and an agent of the company. Unfortunately I vented my frustration on Kimberly. She remained calm and professional the entire time and assisted me in sorting my problem out immediately. Thank you Kimberly and I want to apologize once again for taking my frustration out on you.
