Products not treating me well

I bought Isabella Garcia as I was curious about the product and my friend couldn’t stop talking about them. When I started using the products, weeks later I started having breakouts, I decided to give it a chance and continue with it. Their 2 months return warranty lapsed. After 3-4 months, I realized the breakouts are getting worse I decided to contact them, instead of assisting me, they told me it must be hormonal or diet, they have a picture of me before I started using their products, no one even bothered to ask for a photo to see how my face looked like after their product so they can assist All the consultant cared about was to inform me of the money I owe them regardless of whether the products are still full or not, if they are opened then I must pay I’m so disappointed really because I thought as experts they would look at my face and advice further but the consultant made a decision that it was hormonal/ diet related, something I’ve never experienced before I’ve stopped using their products and my face is looking so much better and I STILL have to pay them for products which nearly destroyed my face
