PROBLEM CLEARED BY RISHA LOOTS
I would like to tell you about a problem I had with a payment that could not get cleared and after a lot of emails back and forth without anything really being done, I decided to once again try and solve the matter. Fortunately, Risha Loots, a Specialised Client Liaison, got hold of the problem and I'm telling you, it was not a day and the issue was dissolved and I am awaiting my parcel as promised.
