****/POOR SERVICE/REFUND

I contacted isabella Gracia 4 days after using their products to inform them that they are damaging my skin, we agreed on cancelation and that the driver would pick up their parcel and refund my money this was on the 24th of June. Its now the 2nd of July no communication from the driver as to when they will pick up their products. I have followed up on this and yet they haven't communicated anything, further they are still debiting my account
