was assisted by a lady named Precious K. she is sooo patient, loving , kind and answers all my questions exactly the way I want. I am very happy with the chat services … that is a great business approach taken by Isabella. thank you Precious. u are my STAR. my questions were basic: when can I expect my orders. and if I can use all my Gift codes at once and only pay one Delivery fee. and also she took me through the whole steps of how to go about placing an order, till the confirmation and pay gate:-)
