The WORST PLACE EVER! I arranged for my accounts to be finnished paid off before the end of last year, i purposefully made the debit order larger so that it can be paid off faster NOW all of a sudden money gets deducted saying im not finished paying! DONT TAKE PRODUCTS FROM THEM THEY WILL LAUNDER YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON!

I would like to sincerely apologise for the all the inconvenience caused regarding the debit order amounts being deducted from your account but as discussed, there was a technical difficulty on our side due to a error made by one of our consultants.
I have taken the necessary steps to take it up with the consultant that made these changes on your account and this will be dealt with internally.
Isabella Garcia takes great pride in honesty and building the best relations with our clients and therefore we will not deduct any amount over and above what was agreed to and therefore I will call you again to make payment arrangements to suit your budget for the amount outstanding.
