Overall bad service

A very demanding consultant have been phoning me to confirm if I have received a parcel they send me. After I told them that I'm not interested in the products anymore because I can't afford it. I don't have an income anymore due to illness. This lady was so rude with me and tried to make me find the parcel. After various calls where I told her that I wasnt interested and without money she still carried om to phone me. She talked so badly and I told her she's rude. They tell you that their calls are recorded, then they will be able to go listen to their rude consultants sending you products after you said NO!
