Order placed and sent without me knowing😡

I have received an sms stating that my order has been placed, yet I didn’t place any order and no one confirmed with me. I called the call centre and they told me they will call me back to cancel the order and no one called. Today I received another sms saying my order is on its way, I called again to ask why are they sending a parcel I didn’t ask for and I was told to wait again. Who is gonna pay for this parcel and why am I being told that the parcel is already with the courier company? I’m very disappointed and angry
