Order Cancellation

On the 29th of March 2021 I recieced a parcel but I didn't order anything from them, the parcel valued R4010.16. I wrote the email and phoned them several times their phone was not answered, the automated email stated that they will respond to me within 2 to 3 working days but they debited money from my account for the old bill including the new one that I didn't order. I am very angry and frustated
