Not reliable and rude consultants

I have received a call previously from this company, had to share my personal details with them, they promised to deliver things and they did not. this year again they called me, assured me that this time it will not be the case, I gave them a benefit of the doubt and they took my personal information this time around asking which bank I use, didn't mind and they still did not deliver. this morning I received a call from the consultant and tried to play me as if they are confirming my details to ensure they have correct details to send, only to realize they want me to pay for things which I know for a fact I will not receive and they try to make you believe you have been selected to be the ambassador for their product but still want you to pay, I told the lady I will not pay for anything coz I don't even trust this company based on these interactions I have had with them. when I told the lady I am not comfortable paying she hanged up on me. I would appreciate if all my information is deleted from their database and I never want to receive a call from your rude consultants please.
