Not happy
I ordered goods and have not received them money was debited from my account and now i am told that my account is in arrears what exactly am I paying for?

Thank you for bringing your complaint to our attention we appreciate your feedback.
Please note that all packages are received 10-14 working days after the first debit order was deducted successfully.
Unfortunately because your first debit order was not successful your parcel could not be dispatched. Please note that we will attempt to deduct the payment from your account again during the month of September. As soon as your payment is successful we will dispatch your products to you via our courier services.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience that you have experienced, but please note that we are really passionate about your well-being and we strive to deliver exceptional service.
We hope you enjoy the products as soon as you receive them.
We appreciate your understanding and looking forward to a lovely beauty journey together.
