No Feedback! No action

I am so disappointed by IG, initially I was going to give them 5 stars because their products are so good but my disappointment came when I contacted them because I wanted to gift someone their package and when I say this process started over three weeks ago and to date no one is making an effort to get this done.

I have spoken to so many people, some trying to sell me more products but no one willing to assist with a new purchase I am asking for. . Can you please do as I asked and STOP CALLING ME TO ASK ME IF I WAS ASSISTED AND ACTUALLY DO AS I ASKED.
