I want to terminate my account at this company. I have already paid up the outstanding amount on my account and sent an e-mail to inform them about my decision. They however do not want to terminate it if they do not talk to me personally. I called them several times but with no avail. They promised that the relevant department will come back to me but without any success. The service of this company is non-existance. If anyone want to get involved with the company, I would not at all recommend it. Once you get involved with them you will never get rid of them and it will cost you an enormous amount to pay for the parcels which they just keep on sending to you. Poor service!!!!!!!
