My cellphone number had changed and therefore I didn't receive the OTP for when my package was delivered
My cellphone number had changed and therefore I didn't receive the OTP for when my package was delivered. I called and spoke with Elené Maree who updated all my details, gave me an OTP to give to the delivery guy, all within 5 minutes! She was so easy to speak to, friendly and knew what she was doing, effortlessly. I am happy to be part of the Isabella Garcia Community. Thank you!
