Prudence

I received a call on Friday (17/09/2021) afternoon from Lihle in relation to the account query. She assured me that someone from accounts will call me since I had a query about my Isabella Garcia account that I haven't been using since 2018.

As promised I got a call this morning (20/09/2021) from Mpho in response to my query. Mpho took me through everything regarding the account and she was friendly and professional. Her service and guidance left me with a smile on my face for days.

She confirmed that I was still part of their clients and that they were happy to have me back. What stood out for me is that they apparently owed me money that I paid extra in 2018. She told me that they could not get hold of me because the number on their system was not going through.

The trust I felt when she was telling me that, showed how much they value their customers. She confirmed that they will reimburse me for with a voucher to spend online for the money they owed. I am so looking forward in doing that.

I am so happy that I will be able to use the best skin care products again from Isabella Garcia and happy to have received a warm welcome after 2yrs.
