Miss leading info (Need clarity)

My Husband was contacted by one of Isabella Garcia's agents telling him about there products and they will send him a some off there men facial products to try out and then if he likes how it works or is interested than they will make arrangements now they have send him the products with an invoice of how much they will be deducting for how long ens, he would kindly like to return this products as he was never informed that he will now be having to pay for this leaving him under the impression that its a trial, he has been trying to call Isabella but they not answering as he gets put on hold for to long he has left contact number for him to be called back but no one has so far....
