misled and not happy at all

So I received a call on 24/08/2018 from one of your consultants and it was misleading. She told me there are products coming my way first it sounded like its free and later she says its R26 per product of which I was okay with . After taking my banking details and telling me that I will pay on 01/10/2018 she then goes on to say this will be a monthly debit for a whole 8 months. I understand its a business you cant be giving products away but you can not mislead people.

My request is... Please remove my details from your database. I don't want any products and please do not debit my account.
