********ly loads debit orders for orders not accepted!

The worst and dishonnest company ever.

My wife recieved a phone call from this company during my presence at home. Since she has an existing order she was then offered a second package /order. My wife then clearly told the agent that she's not interested at the moment due to financial reasons. The agent then still went ahead and put the order on her name without our consent. We later discovered this as we requested them to change the existing debit order from my wife's account to my account so they've send through a debicheck mandate which we needed to accept and saw the amount was totally different than what the usual amount was, for that reason we ''did not'' accept the debicheck mandate.

A while later we got an message from the bank stating that a new debit order was loaded onto my account . Then after struggling to get hold of them we eventually spoke to a person named Kenny and she said she'll go back to listen to the telephonic conversasion between the agent and my wife and get back to us the following week. It's been nearly 2 weeks and we still didn't get any feedback from them and the debit order date is getting closer.

I'm repeating this as the debit order is NOT autherised by me and we've been struggling to get hold of them ever since!
