Absolutely amazing service and quality products. At first when they were out of stock with a product I ordered they helped me find a great alternative. Also had a issue with the lip serum bottle, notified them just as a matter of helping with better packaging and received a response from Cornelia Els right away in which we've established was actually a factory fault. I honestly did not expect a replacement as it's been almost 2 weeks which the top came loose but Cornelia helped with the replacement of it without any hassle or too much effort from my side.
