Lelanie Rossouw's tremendous assistance appreciation review

I was not happy with the skin care products because they were not agreeing with my skin, but I loved the make up, body care and perfumers which I bought as a set/ package. I then contacted customer care and got tremendous assistance from Lelanie Rossouw who explained the return process very well and advised that I should rather exchange the products instead, for something that I would like. She was very patient, understanding and very assuring, I must say I never got this fantastic service from anywhere else especially for returning/ exchanging goods. That is why I'm sticking with Isabella Garcia forever!
