Late response
Their products and prices are very good. It is just that they take very long to respond to e-queries and often they don't respond at all. It was not like this in the beginning though. I remember how impressed I was about 6 years ago when they won me over with their free gifts and well trained sales ladies. Every e-mail was answered within the same day by one of their sales ladies phoning me. Now the reply is that they will get back to you by e-mail within 72 hours, which is never the case. What a disappointment. I don't know what changed, maybe they got to big for what they can handle.
