Lady Tsholofelo

I have been a member of Isabella Garcia since 2012, I have never missed a payment- and I have received a parcel from Isabella Garcia -BUT due to the Covid-19 , I had to contact them to come and collect the Parcell. Due to the fact- that we are only going back to work in Phase 1. I contacted Isabella Garcia's office - and a lovely lady by the name of Tsholofelo - contacted and assisted me- . Tsholofelo guidance me through the various of meaning by paying the parcel - but at the end we were defeated by Covid-19. It was a honour an privilege working with the lady Tsholofelo - Her service left me with a smile on my face. But it is with sadness that I had the parcell let go.
