Lack of Response to Emails

<p>I sent the following email to your company, with regards to a debit order that your company is happy taking off my pensioner mother's bank account. None of the items were accepted and the packages were returned.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day,</p> <p>I received a rather unsetting email from my sister, regarding a debit order that your company has on my mother's bank account for R138.35.</p> <p>I want this debit order removed, she is a 70 year pensioner, who is on government pension, and that is a big chunk from her monthly income.</p> <p>Every delivery that has been made to her, has been returned, this is except for the latest delivery which has been requested to be collected. I find it shocking that you continue to deliver and deduct money off her account for items she does not accept.</p> <p>Please also be aware that we are acting on her behalf, as she is unavailable at the moment. We are also contacting companies like yourself who have done this type of thing to her.</p> <p> </p>
