"It is how it is" with "free" Isabella Garcia gifts for existing Platinum Life clients

Isabella Garcia provides "free" gifts for people who join Platinum Life. They make a habit of calling existing Platinum Life clients at work, even when you lodge requests to NOT be called on work numbers, after which they profusely apologise and promise to never do it again. (Except their apologies and promises mean nothing and they DO do it again.) Then they proceed to rush through a s**** about the call only taking a short time and would you please confirm delivery details so they could send your gift to you. EXCEPT, it is a marketing survey about your personal skincare routine for the use of Isabella Garcia. At the first call I said my skincare routine has nothing to do with Platinum Life and I put the phone down. Then I get called again. This time I get told that if I do not answer the survey questions, then I cannot get the "gift", and that that "is how it is". I told them that if that "is how it is" with a "gift", then they can stuff it and put the phone down again. When I called Platinum Life to complain, I was told it is Isabelle Garcia who does the survey, not them, even though the "free gift" givers identify themselves as calling from Platinum Life. I made a complaint and was told Isabella Garcia would get back to me in 48 hours. I must be stupid, I joined Platinum Life because I believed they have a good product, but I cannot see HOW this is a good marketing tactic to call a client a second time after they already indicated they are not willing to do a survey for a "free" gift. THEN to be so arrogant as to call a SECOND time and then say "it is how it is". The thing which REALLY blows me away is that the Isabella Garcia gifts you get are actually not bad - it is the telephonic marketing tactics that is putting me off. If they would just stop being so aggressive and arrogant! Right now, I am fuming at both Isabella Garcia and Platinum Life for their aggressive marketing tactics. I am already signed up with Platinum Life - WHY do they and Isabella Garcia have to be so insistent to pull information out of me hiding behind a so-called "free gift" (which is not free- the payment is taking a marketing survey which is shoved down your throat, even if you are busy at work). I am OBVIOUSLY not willing to take part in the survey? And why insist in bothering me AT WORK?

Dear Riette,

The above is a much more accurate response which actually addresses my complaints.
"If there is anything that we can do other than giving our sincerest apology, please let us know."
As you might have been able to tell, apologies form Isabella Garcia does not hold much water with me - I find them to be **** and insincere.

So, what you can do is remove my work number off your lists as I do not trust Isabella Garcia reps/ agents not to phone me at work again: your agents have proven to be too aggressive to follow procedures , so I would like assurance that none of them will have access to my work number.

If this can be done successfully, I'll stop complaining.

Kind Regards,
Zanele
