Isabella using my own money as a voucher when I have asked for the amount to reversed to my account and not a voucher to buy products!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been debited for a package of R905.38 last year. I have called numerous times to ask for a refund and today I get feedback on where the money is refunded back to me as a voucher on the site. I have cancelled the subscription for a reason not to be debited but you guys still debited my money and refuse to do a reversal to my account. How are you guys not able to refund me back my money ? I do not want to purchase any isabella products as I can not afford to right now and you guys debited my account and then give me a voucher for isabella products. I do not want the products. I could utilize that money in another way. If i wanted to buy i would of but now you guys debited my account and then give me a voucher for that amount. It does not make sense, do you not think there is a reason why the debit was suppose to cancelled how can you debit the account and not reverse back the money. I do not want a voucher of my own money if that was the case then I would of just purchased items by myself. Please can I have a refund of my money and not a voucher of my own money on the site.
