Isabella is debiting my Moms account she is a pensioner and she bought nothing from them

Isabella is debiting my Moms account she is a pensioner and she bought nothing from them. They called saying its a gift when she rejected the gift they started debiting her account. She has no policy with them or anything. They promised to reverse the debit orders when Standard bank called them. We am still waiting. Stop *****ing pensioners money. You dont pay for gifts !!!
