Isabella Gracia Debit order at Standard Bank

Hello Petter, may you kindly intervene, i have called and inform Isabe Gracia, to stop my debit order. I told them that I can no longer afford the monthly payments. However, they went through my bank without my consent. I tried to reverse, stop, cancel and suspend their debit order but they use different reference numbers for my debit order.
