I received a call from Anelisa Ngewu in regards to my cancellation. She was patient and caring.allowed me to express my dissatisfaction with the previous agent that was my reason for cancellation. Due to her call I have decided to stay with the company as they have good products but some of there sales representatives are rude. She was excellent
