THEY SEND PAECEL TO ME WITHOUT CONSULTING ME, DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, DONT GET BACK TO MY EMAILS, REQUIRED A REFUND, END THEY HAVE TO CANCEL THEIR MANDATE AND STOP DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.
