Isabella Garcia took debit order from account without loading beauty rands!!!

I have been a customer at Isabella Garcia for a long time. This month my debit order was taken without my beauty rands been loaded. I have called the call centre several times and sent numerous emails and still to date nothing has been loaded. Basically they have taken my money and not loaded the beauty rands as per the agreement. The service I have received thus far is non existent and not even worth the one star. I am still waiting for my beauty rands to be loaded. Very unhappy customer. !!!!! This issue is ongoing as not one manager or team leader has tried to resolve the issue.
