I called the call centre to enquire about shipping as I would have liked to place an order. The website says in BLACK AND WHITE 5-7 WORKING DAYS, however the call agent advises that it is actually 10-14 days for first time purchaser! HOW RIDICULOUS! <br> <br> The agent waffles on about confirmation of receipt of payment from the bank, but in today's world where even with different banks, payment by 3pm on any working day to any SA bank reflects by midnight of the following day, where does this nonsense of waiting 5-7 days or even 10-14 days come from! Also with systems like PayPal and PayFast READILY available, payment can be instant! Is this company living in the dark ages!!!?<br> <br> I find it really sad that I came as I ready and eager customer and this company made it so difficult for me to make a purchase. If this is the case, I will happily buy elsewhere, where the customer is actually put first and not in a 14 day queue, while the supplier only releases the product after holding onto the customer's money for 2 weeks!<br> <br> <br> <br>
