Isabella Garcia - invasion of privacy- over the phone - DONT ANSWER THEIR "MARKETING" Questions.

I am rather disgusted by Isabella Garcia's Tele marketers. First off they constantly harras you at odd and inconvenient hours of the day: ie during work hours. Then when you do kindly allow them 5 mins of your time the series of questions begin and prompttl take more then the alleged 5mins, Thirdly... they stipulate that their questions are for marketing purposes but bedore they even discuss what their phonecall is about and what they are offering. They quickly speed off into asking you personal information regarding your living situation, finance and personal banking options... whether you have a credit card or cheque card... and im sure much more, this obviously infuriated me and frustrated my Fundamental Right to Privacy. After expressly stating to the tele marketer that i have no interest in divulging any of my personal info with them, and that i merely have allowed them time to discuss the face cream products with me and will happily allow them to ask me any skin care and beauty related questions, alternatively that the call could end. The caller stated that it is fine, and that i should have a good night... funny how they wont email you their questionaire's either...

My question to the brand and owning partners is... Have they ever heard of the POPI ACT. And my advise would be: to very quickly fami****ise themselves and their employees with the Act before they find themselves in a civil lawsuit!!
