Isabella Garcia International - horrible

So, let me let you in the the horrific service I have received from Isabella Garcia

So 1st - I get offered a voucher , mind you, I did not approach them … so okay, I look at their website for what I can spend on the voucher …found a suitable product and I send an email to request for ingredients because I have sensitive skin and don’t just put anything on my face …fast forward they take forever to respond , when they do respond, it’s not the full list …at this point I’m frustrated …okay , I call again and someone gives me the full list , right, now I am ready to place my order , the voucher does not work - fine I call again they investigate and after throwing another fuss they send a new code , code does not work so I throw another fuss …they respond after their own merry time and tell me I can’t use the voucher on that product , mind you, the actual initial voucher says on all products… and to top it off, there is nothing they can do ….

I am still in disbelief on how horrible their service is for who they claim to be … there are better providers out there , don’t waste your time on Isabella. Their service is terrible.
