I had queries regarding my Isabella Garcia premiums and given the current pandemic & financial stress, I e-mailed I.G if they could consider lowering my premium & Tessa the Liaison Officer was patient with me & took the time out to explain different options available to me. My premium has lowered & I have to thank Tessa for that.
